The installatibe only performed by professional installers. Improper installation may void the vehicles and EGO DASH TS warranty. EGO DASH TS Installation Steps 1. Remove head unit (Consult with owner’s and shop manual) 2. Disconnect factory wiring harness from head unit 3. Connect EGO DASH TS Wiring Harness to the head unit Wiring Harness A Locate
amplifier (Most Lexus ? behind glove box; Toyota Land Cruiser ? under drivers or passengers seat). Connect male and female 16-pin connectors between amplifier and the vehicle’s wiring harness. Connect Yellow Mute wire: Lexus ? pin 7 on the 18-pin connector; Land Cruiser ? pin 3 on the 25-pin connector (amplifier). Connect Blue Ignition wire (male bullet connector): Lexus ? pin 16 on the 16-pin connector (female bullet connector); Land Cruiser ? pin 20 on the 25-pin connector (amplifier). Wiring Harness B The normal location of the mute is pin 4 (x) on the 6-pin connector. However, on some rare factory head units, the mute pin might be pin 5. The mute pin on the head unit should show ~ 5 volts when the head unit is turned on. Wiring Harness C Connect the male and female ISO connectors, if they are not already connected. Splice the gray wires (only!) into the loudspeaker wiring, going from the amplifier to the center or door loudspeaker. The 2 female bullet connectors go to the loudspeaker. The 2 male bullet connectors go to the amplifier. The 4 white wires are not used! Connect the yellow mute (“Mute Signal”) cable (male bullet connector) on the ISO Harness coming from the EGO DASH TS brain to “Mute 2″ (white cable – female bullet connector), if not already connected. Wiring Harness D Please contact EGO Technical Support at (858) 566-2170 (9AM-5PM PST) or support@egohandsfree.com . 4. Connect EGO DASH TS Wiring Harness to the vehicle’s wiring harness (One or more of the connectors might be not used, depending on the vehicle’s configuration) 5. Connect the EGO DASH TS Wiring Harness to the EGO DASH TS control box (16pin Molex) 6. Install the EGO DASH TS switch insert into the desired location (knockout) 7. Connect the EGO DASH TS switch with the EGO DASH TS box (Use the included extension cable if necessary) 8. Install the EGO Microphone into the desired location (e.g. the rear view mirror. DO NOT install the microphone on or near vehicles’ safety systems, like the airbag) 9. Test the EGO DASH TS: a. Reconnect the battery and turn on the ignition of the vehicle b. Pair a Bluetooth mobile phone with the EGO DASH TS (Pin code: “0000″) c. Turn on the head unit and select a radio station; Make sure you can hear the radio through the cars’ speakers; Adjust audio volume if necessary

Technicians are to install a capacitor, P/N 25073556, at the blower motor control module connector using the following procedure: 1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery. Refer to the Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect procedure in the Engine Electrical section of SI. 2. Remove the right closeout/insulator panel. Refer to the Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement-Right procedure in the Instrument Panel, Gages and Console section of SI 3. Disconnect the wire harness connector to the blower motor control module. 4. Install a capacitor, P/N 25073556, into the blower motor control module connector using the following steps. Refer to the illustration above to locate the positive and negative leads of the capacitor. Refer to the Splicing Copper Wire Using Splice Clips procedure in the Wiring Systems section of SI (Document ID #303646) for more information on using splice clips. 5. If the customer concern was of a blower motor that continues to run after key off, then replace the blower motor control module and install the capacitor . Refer to the blower motor control module Replacement procedure in the HVAC section of SI. This condition is the only time you need to replace the blower motor control module. 6. Reconnect the blower motor control module connector. 7. Install the right closeout/insulator panel. Refer to the Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement- Right procedure in the Instrument Panel, Gages and Console section of SI. 8. Reconnect the negative cable to the battery. Refer to the Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect procedure in the Engine Electrical section of SI. 9. Verify proper operation of the blower motor.

Front Bumper Installation – TOYOTA FJ CRUISER Step 1 Very Important Before beginning installation, assure that vehicle has been pulled forward into work-area with the wheels straight and that the ground is level. The clearances around the FJ bumper are critical to proper installation and fitment. Moving vehicle with wheels turned causes slight frame twist preventing ease of removal of OE bumper and installation of new bumper without issue. Make sure you have plenty of room to work around front of vehicle. Open the hood at this time, you will need to see down through the inner-body core-support while removing your OE bumper and installing your Body Armor FJ Bumper. Step 2 a. Unpack bumper using staple puller to remove staples. Save all packing materials and take care not to tear cartons. b. Remove hardware and misc.parts. Check parts/hardware list to confirm all parts and necessary hardware are included. c. It’s a good idea to spray all OE attaching hardware at this time with penetrating oil before beginning removal of OE bumper. This will ease removal as well as to help assure that none of the bolts’ / nuts’ threads are damaged during removal. Use extra caution when working with the bumper mounting studs & nuts. Step 3Prep bumper for install: You may install your auxilary lights in the light pockets. The light tab is slotted to allow for adjustment for adjustment for light grilles. You may also attach a second set of lights on the top deck . Also attach the grill guard at this time. Step 4 a. Begin removing OE bumper following instructions and photos on the following page for detailed descriptions and references. When done, proceed to Step 4 here. Step 5 a. If equipped, remove OE chassis skid plate and set aside for install after new bumper is installed. Save OE hardware to re-install the skid plate once new bumper is installed (3 upper bolts and 2 lower bolts, lowers have spacers between frame & skid plate). b. Remove the (3) outer hold-down hex nuts holding bumper to frame-caps on both passenger and driver sides. Un-clip the outer ends of the bumper from the outer bumper support clips (see Photo 5 on following page) by pulling bumper fascia down and out of clip on driver and passenger sides. Next, while a helper holds the bumper in place, loosen and remove the inner hold-down hex nuts on both passenger and driver sides. Reference Photo 1 on the last page for stud locations. The bumper should now slide off the front of the locating / mounting studs in the frame-caps. Remove slowly prevent paint damage. Save hold-down nuts. c. Remove the outer bumper support clips from both driver and passenger sides (see Photo 5 on following page) Step 6 a. If you bought a winch, skip to Step 6b. If you did not purchase a winch, you can mount the winch cover plate / lower bumper fascia, and fairlead slot cover plate to the bumper now, using (6) 3/8″ x 1″ bolts with (2) flat washers, (1) lock washer, and (1) hex nut on each bolt. See photos 4 & 5 on the last page for reference. b. If you purchased a winch for your FJ, now is the time to mount it in the bumper. The winch will bolt down using the fairlead mounting bracket and 10mm bolts to secure winch & fairlead bracket to bumper. The roller fairlead bolts to the fairlead bracket using the 1/2″ hex nuts supplied. See photo 3 on the last page for reference. Be sure to mount with the correct side of winch to passenger side for solenoid pack installation / clearance. Once the winch is bolted in, you can mount the winch cover plate / lower bumper fascia to the bottom of the bumper using (4) of the 3/8″ x 1″ bolts with (2) flat washers, (1) lock washer and (1) hex nut on each bolt. If you purchased lights, mount them to the light tabs. It the lights have a protective grille you should be able. to use the cover. Important: Follow winch mfr’s directions for cable to winch / solenoid / battery connections. Use caution to assure clearance of any and all bumper / winch / mounting surfaces at all cable end connections. Coil cables and lay in winch mount plate to protect against damage while installing bumper onto vehicle. Place coiled cables in winch mount plate to assure no interference with the radiator, a/c line and / or inner body core support during bumper installation. Cables to be run in Step 7. Step 7 Along with your helper, one person on each side, guide your Body Armor FJ Bumper onto the the frame-cap mounting studs. Use caution guiding the bumper on slowly and evenly to prevent paint damage. Locating / mounting studs and bumper mounting plates can be seen down through inner-body core support while guiding bumper into place. Make sure the bumper does not contact grill or fascia while installing bumper as this can cause paint damage. While you or your helper hold the bumper in place, thread the OE hold-down nuts onto mounting studs to hold the bumper in place, hand tighten at this time. Step 8 Confirm bumper is even side-to-side, torque hold-down nuts to 80 ft.lbs. Again confirm bumper is even and there are no clearance issues between the bumper and any part of the body and / or inner-body core-support. You can now run the winch cables through the inner-body core support to the battery. If you purchased a set of lights to be used with your bumper, you can now wire them up, please follow the detailed light manufacturer instructions. **Body Armor is not responsible for any issues with respect to the wiring, operation or warranties to the lights Step 9 a. Fit the wheel well inner-liner end-caps to the bottom of the bumper at each corner and bolt up with supplied 1/4″ x .75″ phillips- head machine screws, (2) each side, into drilled / threaded holes in bottom corners of bumper. See photos 6 & 7 on the last page. b. Next, using the OE hardware and spacers, re-install your chassis skidplate, making sure it’s straight before tightening. c. Using the (2) remaining 1/4″ x .75″ phillips-head machine screws, mount your license plate to threaded holes in the bumper face. d. Re-install the grill by snapping onto clips and using the OE push-pins and screws to hold down in OE locations. ** trimming off the front inner fender is a customer option, it is not required. We recommend you check the torque of all bolts after about two weeks, and after every off-road / trail run thereafter to assure tightness

A mudguard kit is available for installation on the ’93 MR2. Be sure to thoroughly clean all attachment areas and carefully follow the installation procedures below: Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Front of Vehicle 1. Removal 1. Make sure you have the anti-theft codes for the radio, then write down the customer’s radio station presets. 2. Connect the starter cable (A) from the B terminal on the solenoid, then connect the BLK/WHT wire (B) from the S terminal. Make sure the crimped side of the ring terminal is facing out. K20A3 engine K20A2, K20Z1 engines 3. K20A2, K20Z1 engines: Install the bolt (A) securing the harness bracket, then Install the intake manifold brackets (B) 4. Connect the positive cable to the battery first, then connect the negative cable. 8. Start the engine to make sure the starter operates properly. 9. Set the clock. 11.2002-2004 models: Do the engine control module (ECM) /powertrain control module (PCM) idle learn procedure. 12. Do the power window control unit reset procedure.

Apply silicone to face of single or dual transfer case assembly. Install adapter plate on face of transfer case, using 4 M10-1.25×35 bolts (provided). We recommend applying blue LocTite® to threads before installation. Torque four plate bolts to 30 ft. lbs. Step 2 Install M-10-1.25×30 allen head bolt using blue Loc- Tite® torque to 30 ft. lbs. Step 3 Remove rear transmission seal using a seal remover or claw hammer. Step 4 Step 5 Install M-10-1.25x 35 bolt using blue LocTite® torque to 30 ft. lbs. Using degreaser, clean the rear transmission seal sur- face. Step 6
Ensure two dowels are in place in the transmission. If dowels are in the transfer case move them to the trans- mission. Step 8 Step 11: Apply silicone to rear face of transmission Slide coupler into place on the back of the transmis- sion. Step 7 Step 9 Step 10 Apply silicon to smaller end of seal adapter Install Seal Adapter into rear of transmission. Gently seat seal adapter into place using rubber mallet Step 11 After Assembling Adapter Plate & T/Case(s): Install replacement v6 dual transfer case crossmember Reconnect 4 wheel drive indicator (This may require cutting and splicing connector from original case) 1988-1991 Application, reconnect speedometer cable (Use speedometer extension cable for dual case applications) 1992-1995 Application will need a replacement VSS for the transfer case Reattach front and rear drive shafts (drive shaft lengths may need to be changed) Fill transfer case with 90W GL5 gear oil, check gear oil level in transmission Reinstall transfer case shifter and boot Drain and replace transfer case oil after first 1,000 miles and every 30,000 thereafter Full synthetic gear oil may be used. Step 12 Using 6 of the 9 stock bolts, 1 allen head bolt and 2 M10-1.25×35 bolts, attach transfer case to transmission. Use blue LocTite® on all bolts. Tighten bolts to 30 ft. lbs. The second allen head bolt should be installed in position shown on the upper right (passenger) side. Step 13 These instructions are designed as a general installation guide. Removal All vehicles 1. Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to DRAINING . 2. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . 3. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . 4. Remove the 4 transaxle roll restrictor cross brace bolts 5. Remove the bolt and the transaxle roll restrictor cross brace. 6. Disconnect the evaporative emissions (EVAP) canister purge valve tube from the upper intake manifold and detach the retainer. 7. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV), brake booster and vacuum harness tubes from the upper intake manifold. 8. Detach the fuel tube retainer from the upper intake manifold. 9. Disconnect the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system module electrical connector and vacuum tube. 10. Detach the vacuum tube from the upper intake manifold vacuum tube retainer. 11. Disconnect the EGR system module tube from the EGR system module. Early build 12. Disconnect and plug the throttle body and PCV coolant hoses. Late build 13. Disconnect and plug the 2 PCV coolant hoses. All vehicles 14. Disconnect the throttle body electrical connector. 15. If equipped, remove and discard the 4 upper-to-lower intake manifold screws. 16. Remove the 8 bolts and the upper intake manifold. * Remove and discard the gaskets. Installation All vehicles Fig. 4: Identifying Tightening Sequence Of Bolts Courtesy of FORD MOTOR CO. NOTE: Clean and inspect all sealing surfaces. Install new gaskets 1. Position the upper intake manifold and install the 8 bolts. * Tighten in the sequence shown to 10 N.m (89 lb-in). 2. Connect the throttle body electrical connector. Late build 3. Connect the 2 PCV coolant hoses. Early build 4. Connect the throttle body and PCV coolant hoses. All vehicle 5. Connect the EGR system module tube to the EGR system module. * Tighten to 40 N.m (30 lb-ft). 6. Attach the vacuum tube to the upper intake manifold vacuum tube retainer. 7. Connect the EGR system module electrical connector and vacuum tube. 8. Attach the fuel tube retainer to the upper intake manifold. 9. Connect the PCV, brake booster and vacuum harness tubes to the upper intake manifold. 10. Connect the EVAP canister purge valve tube to the upper intake manifold and attach the retainer. 11. Clean the 4 transaxle roll restrictor cross brace bolts using a wire brush and apply new threadlock to the threads. 12. Position the transaxle roll restrictor cross brace and install the 4 new bolts. * Tighten to 55 N.m (41 lb-ft). 13. Clean the transaxle roll restrictor cross brace-to-roll restrictor bolt using a wire brush and apply new threadlock to the threads. 14. Install a new transaxle roll restrictor cross brace-to-roll restrictor bolt. * Tighten to 48 N.m (35 lb-ft). 15. Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . 16. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . 17. Fill and bleed the cooling system.

Rockcrawler Side Guard Installation – TOYOTA FJ CRUISER Step 1 Very Important Before beginning installation, assure that vehicle has been pulled forward into work-area with the wheels straight and that the ground is level. Moving vehicle with wheels turned causes slight frame twist preventing ease of installation of any aftermarket parts into / onto frame-rails. Make sure you have plenty of room to work around vehicle. Step 2 a. Unpack side guards using staple puller to remove staples. Save all packing materials and take care not to tear cartons. Remove hardware and check list to confirm all necessary hardware is included before installation. It’s a good idea at this time to spray all frame-inserts to assure they’re clean. Also check the threads in each insert to assure they’re not in any way damaged or missing. There are (4) sets of inserts on each side of the vehicle’s frame. (1) set of inserts consists of (1) upper and (1) lower threaded hole. See photo 1 for insert locations reference. b. Un-bolt the front emergency brake cable bracket only from the frame on each side of your FJ. This will make it easier to work with the side guards’ mounting brackets without having to lift e-brake cable away from frame while installing. These will be re-bolted in Step 4. See photo 2 for reference. Step 3 Using a helper or floorjack to hold the side guards in place, with the long end of the guards to the rear of your FJ, thread (4) of the 8mm x 1″ bolts with (1) flat washer and (1) lock washer through the upper mounting holes of the side guard mounting brackets into the frame-rail inserts. Hand tighten only at this time. With the side guards secured in position by the upper bolts, now install the lower bolts and hand tighten at this time. Repeat on opposite side of your FJ. Step 4 a. Confirm that side guards are straight without clearance issues to the body. Torque to 15ft lbs, starting with center bolts and work your way out, torqueing evenly. Do not over-torque. b. The front emergency brake cable brackets on each side can now be re-bolted to frame

Items required for installation: Push pin 10mm bolt 10mm nut TOYOTA PRIUS 2010 FOG LAMP KIT 1 of 4 01-25-2010 STEP 3.2 • Attach fog lamp to bezel. STEP 3.3 • Fog lamp and bezel assembly. STEP 3.4 • Place fog lamp and bezel assembly onto vehicle. Fasten fog lamp to vehicle with 10mm nut and supplied screw. ( Repeat step 3 for passenger side ) STEP 4.0 Removal of interior trim on driver side STEP 4.1 • Pull up on lower door trim. STEP 4.2 • Foot panel-Remove 16mm plastic nut. STEP 4.3 • Pull foot panel inward toward center console. STEP 4.4 • Remove screw. STEP 4.5 • Disconnect hood release cable from latch by pulling down on the black cable freeing it from its location. Then moving the cable to the left away from the mounting bracket. STEP 4.6 • Remove cable from latch. STEP 4.7 • Pull lower left interior panel away from dash and unplug connectors. CAUTION! You may damage wiring and connectors if you pull too hard. Driver side interior removed. 2 of 4 01-25-2010 STEP 4.8 • Remove two screws and push back on tab to free lower panel. STEP 4.9 • Unplug connector and wire harness from panel and remove panel by pulling it toward the driver seat. STEP 5.0 Fog lamp switching wiring • Run WHITE wire through V-channel and pull female bullet connector end towards fire wall. • Connect ground wire to dashboard frame. STEP 5.4 • Plug green connector into fog lamp switch. STEP 6.9 • On the top left corner of the fuse box (to the right of the brake fluid reservoir) locate silver ECU mounting bracket. STEP 6.10 • Remove 10mm bolts and attach BLACK ground and relay as indicated. STEP 6.11 • Attach harness connector to relay. STEP 6.12 • Run wire harness between ECU and fuse box. Run RED power wire along the same path as WHITE power wire in fuse box. Connect RED power wire to 12V power source directly above WHITE cable. STEP 7.0 Connecting wire harness to fog lamps • Run wiring for driver and passenger side lamps down toward driver side fog lamp. • Connect shortest harness to driver side fog lamp. Run wire harness alongside turn signal harness. • Use the supplied tie straps to secure passenger side wire harness along the radiator support frame shown. • Connect harness to fog lamp • END of installation
