1. Cover the front seats, floorboards, dash and steering wheel with a clean drop cloth or disposable plastic covers. Note: Always wear eye and hand protection when working with glass. Make sure that you have the right glass and the urethane systems are current. Windshield part numbers are FW02724, FW02723, FW02722 or FW02721. 2. Remove the rearview mirror by loosening the Tork screw using a T-20 Tork screwdriver. Slide the wire-harness trim cover off the headliner. Slide the mirror off the mirror bracket in an upward motion. 3. Disconnect the wire harness from the underside of the hardware with a small flat-tip screwdriver or your fingernails. 4. Remove the windshield-wiper nuts using a wrench or socket. If the nuts are tight, loosen them with a 14-millimeter wrench and then come back with your socket. Move the wiper arm in an up-and-down motion to break it loose from the post, or use a wiper puller. Caution: Wipers can sometimes be hard to remove. To avoid stressing the post, use a wiper puller. The wipers are marked; take note to ensure proper re-installation. 5. Using a No. 2 Phillips-tip screwdriver, remove the two plastic screw inserts on the fasteners located on the outer edge of the cowling corners. Using an outward motion, pull out the rubber piece, and then gently pull the rubber insert from the cowling. 7. With the hood open, push in and pop loose the six plastic tab fasteners using a No. 1 PryBaby tool from the underside. There are three on the passenger’s side and three on the driver’s side, with a guide pin at the center. 8. Remove the two-part cowl by sliding it in an upward-outward motion toward the engine compartment, disengaging the eight underside tabs on the front part of the cowling from the base of the windshield. Tape the hood and fender with molding-retention tape to avoid gnarling or scratching the cowling. Note: When re-installing the cowling, use a No. 1 PryBaby tool to assist in the installation of the cowling onto the bottom of the windshield. 9. If using a cold knife or power tool to cut out the glass, remove the A-pillar trim panels, as the windshield fits close to the pinchweld. 10. Remove the door weatherstrip. 11. Remove the screw covers using a No. 2 PryBaby. 12. Remove the two 10-millimeter bolts hidden beneath the covers using a 10-millimeter socket-wrench driver. Pull the handle loose. 13. Remove the A-pillar trim panels using a door-panel remover or No. 2 PryBaby tool. F or T echnicians Only turb the curtain air-bag harness when removing or re-installing the A-pillar trim panels. Note: Before beginning windshield removal, verify the new windshield is the correct one and the urethanes and primers are current. Never use outdated products as this could jeopardize the structural integrity of the vehicle and the safety of its passengers. Removal 14. Make sure cutting blades are sufficiently sharp. 15. Before cutting out the windshield, remove contaminants from the glass and pinchweld to prevent contact with the urethane. 16. If using a cold knife, use a 3? 4 -inch blade. Cut three sides; then use a long knife or power tool to cut the bottom of the windshield. Note: There are no gravity stops on this windshield. 17. If trying to save the windshield, use an Equalizer with an 8-inch blade. Note: When using any power tool, lubricate the cutting area with water. Spray the top and sides; then make your cuts. 18. After cutting the sides and top, cut out the bottom portion of the glass using an Equalizer Express. Spray the bottom of the windshield with water at least 4-to-5 inches above the urethane on the glass, so the water flows down into the urethane while you make your final cut across the bottom of the windshield. Caution: Never use your head to push, as this could result in back and neck injuries. 19. Take the windshield out of the opening using a set of vacuum cups. Lift the glass and place it on a windshield stand or suitable workstation. Installation 20. After cutting the windshield out, remove contaminants such as dirt, moisture and other debris from the pinchweld. Clean the dashboard. 21. Dry fit the new glass to the opening. Mark your glass using a grease pencil or molding-retention tape. 22. Place your vacuum cups on the windshield in the appropriate location for a one-person set. 23. For driver-side setting of the windshield using a Glass Handler Kit, place the kit’s elbow-setting pad on the driver’s side of the hood area; then lift the windshield from the stand using the vacuum cups. 24. Reach over, place your elbow on the setting pad and set the windshield onto the old urethane. 25. With the windshield resting in the opening, make sure it is in the right spot. 26. Adjust both sides to the correct setting, marking the passenger’s side, then the driver’s side. Lift the glass and place it on a windshield stand or suitable workstation. 27. Follow the urethane manufacturer’s recommendations for installation. 28. Clean the inside of the windshield using a urethane manufacturer-recommended product; follow recommended steps. Note: Do not touch the bonding area of the windshield after cleaning, prepping or priming it. 29. Wear powder-free Nitrile gloves to keep off chemicals. 30. Apply the glass prep and primer, following the urethane manufacturer’s recommendations.

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION Catera Open the hood. 1. Remove the windshield wiper arm stud cap that conceals the nut. 2. Remove the windshield wiper arm nut. 3. Grasp the windshield wiper arm with both hands. 4. Use a rocking motion to loosen the windshield wiper arm from the pivots. 5. Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. 6. To install: Installation is the reversal of the removal procedure. 7. Deville and Fleetwood WIPER ARM Raise the hood as needed for access to the wiper arms. 1. Operate the wipers and turn the ignition OFF when the wipers are at the mid-wipe position. 2. Lift the wiper arm from the windshield. 3. On 1990 vehicles, pull the retaining latch and remove the arm from the transmission shaft. 4. On 1991-93 vehicles, disengage the retaining latch using a suitable tool and remove the arm from the transmission shaft. 5. To install: Install the wiper arm onto the transmission shaft. 6. Push the retaining latch in and return the arm assembly to the windshield. 7. Park the wipers. If adjustment is necessary, proceed as follows: Remove the right wiper arm. a. Open the small door to access the wiper linkage; refer to the illustration for details. b.

Installation Instructions 1. Place the Wiper Motor Mount Plate (FFR# 25391) along the edge of the ¾” shock tower support tube on the passenger side and the top of the footbox front wall aluminum. Mark the location for the riv nuts (4 total). 2. Drill the riv nut holes using a 25/64″ drill bit. You may want to begin by using a smaller drill bit to drill a pilot hole first (shown). 3 3. Intsall the 1/4″ riv nuts (4) using the supplied riv nut tool. 4. Install one of the rod ends (FFR# 25724) with the supplied jam nut (FFR# 25725) onto the wiper motor arm (1/2″, 9/16″ wrenches). You will have to trim some of the excess thread off of the rod end in order for it to have sufficient clearance between it and the wiper motor mount plate. 4 5. Place the wiper motor in the mount plate (FFR# 25391) so the pins on the motor fit inside the holes in the mount plate and the three threaded holes in the motor line up with the corresponding holes in the mount plate. 6. Using the three Corvette screws that held the motor in place, fasten the motor to the mount plate (T- 30 Torx). 7. Place a nylon spacer (FFR# 10960) between the frame and the mount plate at each of the riv nuts and bolt the plate into positon using the supplied ¼”-20 x 1.5″ long bolts (4mm allen).
6 ATTENTION: For the bolt at the front corner of the plate, you may have to use the supplied washers as well as the nylon spacer to prevent the bolt from bottoming out before the plate is firmly in place (See photo). 8. Screw the supplied section of threaded rod (FFR# 25723) into the rod end on the wiper motor. 7 9. Slide the aluminum tube (FFR# 25934) over the threaded rod and measure how much of the aluminum tube will need to be trimmed once the rod end is screwed on. Trim the tubing with a tubing cutter/hacksaw/cutoff wheel. 10. As you did with the rod end on the wiper motor, you will have to trim the threads on the rod end to clear the aluminum. 11. Place the aluminum tube over the threaded rod, then screw the rod end (FFR# 25724) onto the rod until tight. 12. Before installing the wheel box to the body you will have to trial fit the wiper arm to the wheel box. It is a tight fit, so you may have to spray the splines with some WD-40 or some oil and tap the wiper arm onto the splines. Remove the wiper arm from the wheelbox so you can bolt it to the body. 8 13. Follow the instructions in the assembly manual for bolting the wheelbox to the body. 14. Install the rod end on the wiper wheel box arm with the supplied jam nut (FFR# 25725) (1/2″, 9/16″ wrenches). 15. Install the wiper blade (FFR# 25629) onto the wiper arm (FFR# 25552). 16. Clip the wiper arm onto the shaft of the wiper wheel box, making sure that the tab on the arm clips into the channel on the wheel box shaft (clip shown). 9 17. Spray the windshield with water, or glass cleaner. Check the sweep by turning the wipers on – start with the slowest setting to avoid damaging the linkage or running the wiper beyond the windshield. Make any necessary adjustments, and the linkage installation is complete

The installation of this cold air intake does require mechanical skills. Removal of engine covers, air lines and removing several plastic plugs and screws that may be difficult. It is recommended that this system be installed by a professional mechanic. Be sure to disconnect the negative terminal before proceeding. Congratulations! Patent pending (A) and (G) (B) (D) (A) Power-Box contents: POWER-FLOW: An air intake evolution Tools required: 1- 8mm socket 1- 10mm socket 1- 12mm socket 1- Phillips screw driver 1- 8mm nut driver 1- 55mm allen wrench 1- Disc grinder or Dremel (C) (E) Figure 1 Figure 2 Carefully, remove the mass air flow sensor from the air sensor housing to be reused later in the instruc- tions. Unhook three spring clamps from the top air box cleaner. Once the hooks have been removed, continue to detach the air box top from the lower air box cleaner. See fig. 15 for better illustration. Once the nut and bolt have been removed, continue to remove the entire hose clamp. Unplug the electrical harness clip from the mass air flow sensor as shown above. Disconnect the 4mm vacuum line located to the side of the air box cleaner. Unscrew the nut and bolt the hose clamp that secures the hose over the radiator. Loosen the two flange nuts on the engine cover in order to remove the cover. Disconnec the 6mm vacuum hose that will be reused later in the instructions. Page 2 of Part# PF2019 Unscrew the two screws from the mass air flow sensor, shown above. Loosen the hose clamp on the air duct connected to the throttle body. Remove the air filter panel once the top has been removed (B). Once the air filter panel is removed, there are three bolts that will be removed in order to detach the lower air box cleaner. Remove the entire lower air box cleaner from the engine compartment. Place the power bands over each end of the silicone elbow. press the short end of the silicone elbow over the throttle body. Once the silicone elbow has been aligned continue to semi-tighten power band over the throttle body end. The first vibra-mount is aligned to the pre-tapped hole located behind the head lamp. The first vibra-mount is now installed as shown above. Screw the second vibra-mount is aligned over the wheel well bracket. The second vibra-mount is now installed as shown above. The stock 6mm hose is removed from the fuel pressure regulator. Press the new 16″- 4mm vacuum hose over the fuel pressure regulator port. Place one .462 and a .412 power band over the silicone step hose. Press the 3 3/4″ side over the velocity stack as shown above. The Power box is now sitting flush over the vibra- mounts and a fender washer is placed over each vibra-mount. The last m6 flange nut is placed over the vibra- mount located behind the Power box. The 65mm bolt is tightened with an allen wrench. The assembled power box is lowered into the engine compartment. Align the mounting points on the bracket arms over the vibra-mounts. One 45mm bolt is removed from the top of the box. The bracket is place under the Power box and the 45mm bolt is aligned and screwed back in place as shown above. Remove the 65mm bolt from the velocity stack base. Align the bracket to the hole and insert the 65mm bolt back in place

I have seat covers on my Prius, which has a flap that extends under the back of the seat to attach with a Velcro strap. This crowds the CAN-View box if it is placed on top of the Nav box, as suggested in the installation instructions, as shown in the following: So I decided to put the CAN-View box in front of the Nav box, attached with Velcro (just the prickly part) to the rug. This shows the seat leaned back to give room to get to the plugs on the Nav box and more room to install the OBD cable under the dash. This shows how easy it is now, with the seat leaned back, to get to the cables in front of the Nav box. The gray wire on the large white plug to be tapped is just below the blue wire. It can be pulled away from the other wires just enough to attach the tap. The small white plug to the left of the large white plug is the one that is to be removed to plug into the CAN-View box. (This is the MFD connection to the Nav box which will become the MFD connection to the CAN-View.) Then the small white plug on the other CAN-View cable is to be plugged into the Nav plug that was unplugged from the Nav box. (The MFD connection is channeled through the CAN-View and then back out to the Nav box.)

(Steps h-l) NOTE: Do not perform this step if the vehicle has Smart Entry. (h) Remove the driver’s cowl cover. (Fig. 1-8) (1) Remove the one nut securing the cowl cover. (i) Remove the hood release cable. (Fig. 1-9) (1) Do not bend the hood release cable. (j) Open the screw cover on the lower dash cover. Insert the tip of a Nylon Panel Removal Tool in the upper slot to loosen it. (Fig. 1-9) (1) Remove one screw and one bolt securing the lower dash cover. (k) Remove the lower dash cover. (Fig. 1-10) (1) Disconnect the temperature sensor (connector and aspirator hose) from the lower dash cover if equipped. (l) Carefully remove the driver side airbag assembly. (Fig. 1-11) (1) Remove four bolts securing the driver side airbag assembly. (2) Be careful not to get cut by the sharp metal edges. (3) Do not disconnect the airbag assembly. (4) Use the empty V4 kit box to support the airbag assembly on the floor

1. Disconnect the negative terminal from the vehicle battery. 2. Unclip & remove the plastic trim from the front slam panel. (Fig. 1) 3. Unclip & remove the electrical harness plug from the MAS (Mass Air Sensor). (Fig. 2) 4. Unclip the MAS harness from the side of the air box. (Fig. 3) 5. Unclip & remove the intake hose from the MAS / air box lid. (Fig. 4) 6. Remove the vacuum hose from the inlet manifold (small rubber hose between the air box & manifold. (Fig. 5) 7. Fit the rubber blanking plug to the vacuum pipe located on the inlet manifold (ensure an air tight seal. (Fig. 6) 8. Unclip & remove the CFSV (carbon filter solenoid valve) from the air box lid. (Fig. 7) 9. Remove the 2 bolts securing the air box assembly & carefully lift out the assembly (Do not fully remove at this time). (Fig. 8&9) 10. From underneath the air box assembly unclip the blue electrical harness plug from the VSV (Vacuum solenoid valve). Now fully remove the air box assembly. (Fig.10) 11. Refit the plastic trim to the slam panel. 12. Remove the plastic ducting from between the fan cowling & ECU cover. (Fig.11&12) 13. Unclip & remove the intake hose from the throttle housing. (Fig.13) 14. Remove the bolt securing the relay unit to the chassis leg as shown. (Fig.14) 15. Secure the new mounting bracket to the relay mounting point located on the chassis leg using the M8 bolt & washer supplied. (Fig.15) 16. Clip the edge trim to the outside edge of the heat shield, cut away any excess trim. (Fig.16) 17. Attach the heat shield to the mounting bracket & secure using the M6 allen head bolts, nylock nuts & washers supplied. (Fig.17) 18. Unscrew & remove the bracket from the CFSV. (Fig.18) 19. Fit the new ‘L’ mounting bracket to the CFSV using the original screw. (Fig.19) 20. Secure the CFSV / mounting bracket to the side of the heat shield using the M5 bolt, nylock nut & washers supplied. (Fig.20) 21. Carefully unscrew & remove the MAS from the air box assembly. (Fig.21) 22. Stick the foam gasket to the hole located on the new molded intake pipe. Fit the MAS to the hole in the molded intake pipe & secure using the screws supplied. (Fig.22&23) 23. Assemble the new molded intake pipe using the silicone adaptor hose & rubber filter adaptor. (Fig.24) 24. Fit the new K&N filtercharger to the rubber filter adaptor & secure using the hose clamp supplied. (Fig.25) 25. Secure the new intake pipe assembly to the throttle housing using the stepped silicone hose & hose clips supplied (align the notch on the intake pipe with the notch on the throttle housing). (Fig.26) 26. Reconnect the electrical harness plug from the MAS. (Fig.27) 27. Secure the coolant hose & any excess harnesses using the plastic ties supplied. 28. Reconnect the negative battery terminal. 29. Carry out a final check of the alignment / fitment of the K&N induction system. Make any adjustments utilizing the slotted holes on the brackets & shield. Installation is now complete. (Fig.28

Instructions: 1. Remove the stock steering box and column. Be sure to clear the area of all wiring, brake lines and fuel lines. 2. Bolt the Toyota box to the mounting bracket so that the long arm of the bracket points in the same direction as the steering column input shaft (small shaft.) To mount the bracket and box correctly, the longer end should be towards the rear of the vehicle. It may be necessary to grind on the power steering box where the two flanges protrude above the bracket. For technical help call Classic Performance Products Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm at (714) 522-2000. Rev. 8/17/2009 3. Locate the box/bracket assembly into the frame by centering the Toyota sector shaft through the original hole in the frame. This hole will need to be elongated approximately 3/8″ to allow the sector shaft to clear the frame. Bolt the bracket directly into the mounting holes for the original steering box. 4. With the first bolt in, check the fit by reattaching the steering box. Make sure the splined shaft goes through the frame without interference. Torque down the mounting bolts to 45 lbs. 5. Attach the pitman arm to the steering box. Before this is done the steering sector must be centered. Turn the input shaft clockwise as far as it can go. Make a reference mark. Now turn the shaft counter clockwise as far it can go and be sure to count the turns. Turn the shaft back half the distance and now the box is centered. Be sure to double and triple check this procedure. Attach the pitman arm to the output shaft with the output shaft nut. Torque the bolt down to 110ft/lbs. Reconnect the stock drag link and you are on your way
