The radio is secured to the frame of the vehicles dash with screws located behind the plastic dash panel surrounding the radio. This plastic dash panel unsnaps from the body of the vehicles dash. STEP 2 : The bottom of the plastic dash panel, just below the bottom of the radio, can be lifted up. Look up from the below the radio and you will notice rectangular openings or insertion points where a flat tool can be inserted to pry out the bottom of the plastic dash panel. With a flat head screwdriver or other flat object, pry out the bottom of the plastic dash panel STEP 3 : Once the bottom edge of the plastic dash panel has been pulled out, the sides of the plastic dash panel will begin to separate from the body of the vehicles dash. You will now be able to put your fingers into the openings on the sides of the plastic dash panel. Gently pull the plastic dash panel until it unsnaps from the body of the vehicles dash. Remove Factory Radio Move to: Wire New Radio Section Wiring The New Radio Move to: Mounting New Radio Section The Install Doctor STRONGLY recommends purchasing a ‘DIN’ radio for this vehicle. ‘DIN’ radios are a direct replacement for the Toyota radio in this vehicle. More information is available in the Mounting New Radio section. Mounting The Radio Options STEP 4 : Once all the clips on the plastic dash panel have been unsnapped, the dash can be pulled out. The top of the plastic dash panel will have wires attached to the clock, hazard and defrost switches. You do NOT need to unplug the connectors plugged into them. Move the plastic dash panel up and set it on top of the body of the dash. STEP 5 : The radio is held in with four (4) phillips screws / 8 mm bolts . Remove the screw/bolts. Pull the radio forward. Unplug the antenna cable, and 2 white connectors from the rear of the radio

Remove head unit (Consult with owner’s and shop manual) 2. Disconnect factory wiring harness from head unit 3. Connect EGO DASH TS Wiring Harness to the head unit Wiring Harness A Locate
amplifier (Most Lexus ? behind glove box; Toyota Land Cruiser ? under drivers or passengers seat). Connect male and female 16-pin connectors between amplifier and the vehicle’s wiring harness. Connect Yellow Mute wire: Lexus ? pin 7 on the 18-pin connector; Land Cruiser ? pin 3 on the 25-pin connector (amplifier). Connect Blue Ignition wire (male bullet connector): Lexus ? pin 16 on the 16-pin connector (female bullet connector); Land Cruiser ? pin 20 on the 25-pin connector (amplifier). Wiring Harness B The normal location of the mute is pin 4 (x) on the 6-pin connector. However, on some rare factory head units, the mute pin might be pin 5. The mute pin on the head unit should show ~ 5 volts when the head unit is turned on. Wiring Harness C Connect the male and female ISO connectors, if they are not already connected. Splice the gray wires (only!) into the loudspeaker wiring, going from the amplifier to the center or door loudspeaker. The 2 female bullet connectors go to the loudspeaker. The 2 male bullet connectors go to the amplifier. The 4 white wires are not used! Connect the yellow mute (“Mute Signal”) cable (male bullet connector) on the ISO Harness coming from the EGO DASH TS brain to “Mute 2″ (white cable – female bullet connector), if not already connected. Wiring Harness D Please contact EGO Technical Support at (858) 566-2170 (9AM-5PM PST) or support@egohandsfree.com . 4. Connect EGO DASH TS Wiring Harness to the vehicle’s wiring harness (One or more of the connectors might be not used, depending on the vehicle’s configuration) 5. Connect the EGO DASH TS Wiring Harness to the EGO DASH TS control box (16pin Molex) 6. Install the EGO DASH TS switch insert into the desired location (knockout) 7. Connect the EGO DASH TS switch with the EGO DASH TS box (Use the included extension cable if necessary) 8. Install the EGO Microphone into the desired location (e.g. the rear view mirror. DO NOT install the microphone on or near vehicles’ safety systems, like the airbag) 9. Test the EGO DASH TS: a. Reconnect the battery and turn on the ignition of the vehicle b. Pair a Bluetooth mobile phone with the EGO DASH TS (Pin code: “0000″) c. 1. Do not drain the engine oil until specified to in step 12 2. Remove strut tower brace (if equipped) 3. Remove engine cover by unbolting the four 10mm bolts . SEE FIGURE 1 FIGURE 1 4. Remove factory air box. SEE FIGURE 2 FIGURE 2 5. Remove mass air sensor from the stock intake tube using a Philips screwdriver. SEE FIGURES 3 & 4 FIGURE 3 FIGURE 4 60153_revA Page 8 of 31 6. Install the factory mass air sensor into the new supplied intake tube (P/N 21441) and secure using the two factory Philips screws. SEE FIGURE 5 FIGURE 5 7. Unplug the three O2 sensors on the factory exhaust manifold / catalytic converters. 8. Remove three 12mm bolts at the collector where the factory manifold / catalytic converter meets the exhaust. Save both factory crush o-rings, it will be used later when re-installing the new supplied downpipe. SEE FIGURE 6 FIGURE 6 9. Remove the factory exhaust manifold and catalytic converters by unbolting eight 14mm bolts. SEE FIGURES 7 & 8 INTAKE PIPE P/N 21441 FACTOR Y MASS AIR SENSOR 60153_revA Page 9 of 31 FIGURE 7 FIGURE 8 10. Unplug and remove all three O2 sensors (two pre-cats, and one post cat) from the factory exhaust manifold / catalytic converter. Make you keep track of which sensors are pre-cats and which one is post cat. SEE FIGURE 9 & 10 FIGURE 9 FIGURE 10 11. Locate the pad on the mid-pan on the passenger side of the vehicle. Drill the mid-pan with a 9/16″ drill bit and tap the hole with the supplied 3/8″ NPT tap (P/N 30809) for the turbo oil return. NOTE: When drilling and tapping the mid-pan, use extreme caution to get minimal amount of chips into the motor. Coat both drill bit and tap with excess amount of grease to catch any chips that may enter the engine. 12. Prior to draining the engine oil, clean the threaded hole thoroughly using brake / carb cleaner for any chips or debris. Remove oil drain plug and drain oil. 13. Install new supplied 5/8″ barb x 3/8″ NPT brass fitting (P/N 30133) to the new threaded hole on the mid- pan. It is strongly recommended that you apply a small amount of liquid Teflon to the threads of the fitting. Unplug the factory oil sending unit located on the driver’s side below the intake manifold, next to the oil filter. Remove sending unit using a 24mm socket. SEE FIGURE 12 FIGURE 12 15. Thread the supplied brass 1/8″ NPT to -3AN fitting (P/N 30544) to the supplied 1/8″ NPT T-fitting (P/N 30562) as shown in FIGURE 13 NOTE: It is recommended that you apply a minimal amount of liquid Teflon to the threads of the fittings. Do not use Teflon Tape. FIGURE 13 P/N 30544 P/N 30562 FACTORY OIL SENDING UNIT ENGINE BLOCK 60153_revA Page 11 of 31 16. Thread the T-fitting assembly into the original port of the factory oil sending unit with the open female port facing upward when tightened. FIGURE 14 FIGURE 14 17. Install the factory oil sending unit to the open female port as shown in FIGURE 15 FIGURE 15 18. Install one end of the supplied -3AN line (P/N 10721) to the 1/8″ NPT to -3AN fitting (P/N 30544) installed previously on the t-fitting (P/N 30562) with the factory oil sending unit. SEE FIGURE 15 INSTALLING THE TURBOCHARGER, WASTEGATE, DOWNPIPE, AND MANIFOLD 19. Install the four supplied M10x1.25 studs (P/N 30806) to the turbo flange of the new supplied exhaust manifold (P/N 21444) and install the two supplied M8x1.25 studs (P/N 30860) into the wastegate flange on the new exhaust manifold. Toyota Venza 2009-2010 1 D isconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit. 1 Unclip and remove the trim panel to the right of the shifter. ( Figure A) 2 Remove (1) Phillips screw from the bottom of the climate control then unclip and remove the climate control. (Figure B) 3 Remove (4)10 MM bolts securing the radio. Note: You will need a universal swivel head socket adapter to get to the bottom left bolt. (Figure C) 4 Remove (4) Phillips screws securing the factory radio to the a/c vent panel. ( Figure D) 5 A B C REAR VIEW-RADIO AND A/CVENT PANEL RADIO D Continue to kit assembly . 99-8225G KIT ASSEMBLY 2 REAR VIEW-A/C VENT PANEL A B C D Secure the Radio Housing into the factory a/c vent panel using the factory hardware. (Figure A) 1 Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure B) 3 Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter from Metra or AXXESS. Re-connect the negative battery terminal and test the unit for proper operation. 2 Slide the aftermarket head unit into the cage and secure. (Figure C) 4 * Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio. DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISION WITH POCKET Reassemble remaining radio and dash assemblies in reverse order of disassembly. 5 6 Snap the factory vent panel/Radio Housing over dash cavity. Installation Guide: Thank you for purchasing extendmyseat brackets. Please follow the directions carefully and within 30 minutes you will be loving your new seats. Inventory in Box: 2- extendmyseat brackets 4- black 3/8 stainless bolts What you will need for assembly: 1- socket wrench 1- 9/16 socket 1- Metric 13 socket (Prius uses metric bolts however a 9/16 works) 1- 9/16 flat wrench 1- protective eyewear Step 1- Remove the 2 Black extendmyseat brackets from the packaging and locate the 4 black 3/8″ provided bolts. Step 2- Go to your vehicle with a socket wrench and a 9/16 socket, eye protection and your keys. Remember to turn off your cabin lights. Step 3- Locate the 4 factory bolts that hold your drivers seat to the vehicle. Take your socket wrench and loosen the 4 factory bolts. (2 in the front and 2 behind your seat, go to rear seat to locate) Remove the 2 plastic guards to locate the 2 rear factory bolts. Remove the 4 factory bolts and set them aside Step 4- Unplug the 3 factory cables plugged into your car seat under the front portion of the seat. No tools required. Remember to plug these back in after you have completed the install. Step 5- Remove your car seat carefully. (Approx weight is 25 pounds) Step 6- Place your driver’s seat on a bench or on the ground on a clean sheet, towel etc…(don’t want to et it dirty) Step 7- Grab the 2 extendmyseat brackets Step 8- Lay down the 2 black brackets inside your vehicle and line up the 4 hole location. Start with the front 2 holes. Finger tighten the 2 front factory bolts into the 2 front EMS bracket holes. Now line up the 2 rear holes and finger tighten the 2 remaining factory bolts. Finger tighten all 4 holes with seat still out o f the Step 9- place drivers seat back into the vehicle. Line up drivers seat front holes with EMS front holes. Finger tighten front 2 feet with provided EMS bolts. Press seat lever and slide seat to the most up front position. Go to back seat and screw down the remaining 2 factory feet with the factory bolts. Then the 2 remaining EMS bolts into the remaining 2 EMS holes. Place the 3rd EMS bolt into the (B) bracket and the 4th and final bolt into the (A) bracket closest to the outside of the vehicle. Step 10- ONCE ALL 8 BOLTS ARE FINGER TIGHT; NOW COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION BY SECURING THE 8 BOLTS (4 factory and 4 EMS). CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL 8 BOLTS ARE NOW TIGHT AND SECURE.

Step 7- Grab the 2 extendmyseatbrackets Toyota Prius GEN 2 PASSENGER Extender Install Guide Step 8- Lay down the 2 black EMS brackets inside your vehicle and line up the 4 hole locations. Start with the front 2 holes. Almost tighten the 2 front factory bolts into the 2 front EMS bracket holes. The (1) M10 bolt provided will be used on the hole facing the inside of the vehicle in the rear of bracket B. You will need this longer bolt to connect the EMS bracket the factory rear hole location. For the 4th factory hole, line up the last remaining rear hole on bracket A rear.

2001 Toyota Highlander Sport Utility PRELIMINARY: Disconnect the negative battery cable. ANTENNA: The factory antenna is located atop the right front fender panel. RADIO REMOVAL AND IN-DASH INSTALLATION: Note: The factory radio provision is for a Double ISO/DIN style radio. An installation kit is required when installing an aftermarket stereo. 1. Using panel removal tool carefully pry off radio bezel. 2. Extract (6) 10 mm bolts securing radio and climate controls in dash, disconnect and remove. 3. Extract (8) Iso screws securing radio to bracket. 4. Extract (2) Philips screws securing bracket to bezel, pull away and remove radio. FRONT DOOR SPEAKER INSTALLATION: Note: The factory speaker provision is for a 1 ½” tweeter and a 6 ½” 3-Hole speaker mounted to a factory speaker adapter. 1. Remove screw cover from door opener cup and exract (1) Philips head screw, pry bezel out then forward to remove. 2. Remove inside mirror cover. 3. Pry out door cup and extract (1) Philips screw from beneath. 4. Exract (1) plastic fastener from front top portion of door. 5. Pry off door panel, pull away, disconnect, and remove. 6. Extract (3) 10 mm bolts securing speaker, pull away, disconnect, and remove. REAR DOOR SPEAKER INSTALLATION: Note: The factory speaker provision is for a 5 ¼” 3-Hole speaker mounted in a factory speaker adapter. 1. Remove screw cover from door opener cup and extract (1) Philips head screw, pry bezel out then forward to remove. 2. Pry out door cup and extract (1) Philips screw from beneath. 3. Installation instructions: 1. Raise and support vehicle. 2. Lubricate factory rubber hangers with penetrating oil. 3. Remove fasteners attaching driver side tailpipe/resonator assembly to rear of center-mount factory muffler. Remove tailpipe/resonator from factory hangers and from vehicle. 4. Loosen stock clamps attaching stock exhaust to converter pipe outlets near front of vehicle. 5. Remove black factory stiffener cross-brace from bottom of vehicle. 6. With a helper, remove factory hanger rods from rubber hangers and remove remaining exhaust system from vehicle. 7. Place two supplied clamps over inlets of X-pipe and install assembly over outlets of factory converter pipes. The X- pipe should be installed to position the slotted-hole brackets towards the top of the pipes. Do not fully tighten clamps at this time. 8. Using two supplied clamps, install mufflers over outlets of X-pipe assembly. Do not fully tighten clamps at this time. 9. Using two supplied clamps, install left and right tailpipes to outlets of mufflers and insert hanger rods into factory rubber hangers. Do not fully tighten clamps at this time. 10. Install tips with clamps over outlets of tailpipes. 11. Reinstall factory body stiffener brace to bottom of vehicle. 12. Starting at front of vehicle, align system and tighten clamps. You may need to push system upwards while tightening clamps to be sure system adequately clears stiffener brace. 13. Align tips and tighten clamps .

Installation instructions: 1.) Raise and support vehicle. 2.) Lubricate all factory rubber hangers and fasteners with penetrating oil. 3.) Detach tailpipe from rear of factory muffler and slip hanger rods on tailpipe out of rubber hangers. Remove tailpipe from vehicle. 4.) Remove factory rubber hangers from hanger rods attached to muffler inlet pipes. 5.) Remove factory bolts attaching inlet pipe flanges to vehicle converter pipes; retain stock flange gaskets. 6.) Using stock gasket and bolts, attach supplied left muffler inlet pipe to mating flange of driver side converter pipe. Install factory rubber hanger onto hanger rod welded to pipe. 7.) Using stock gasket and bolts, attach supplied right muffler inlet pipe to mating flange of passenger side converter pipe. Install factory rubber hanger onto hanger rod welded to pipe. 8.) Place supplied 2.25? band clamps over inlets of muffler and install muffler onto inlet pipes with weld seam on muffler body facing up. 9.) Place one supplied 2.5? clamp over inlet of tailpipe section “D” and install pipe onto muffler outlet closest to drive-shaft. Insert hanger rod welded to pipe into corresponding factory rubber hanger just behind muffler 10.) Place one supplied 2.5? clamp over inlet of tailpipe section “E” and install pipe onto outlet of tailpipe section “D”. 11.) Install supplied fabricated hanger bracket, with two attached rods, to bottom of driver side frame rail as shown in Photo no.1. below. Use the supplied 5/16? hardware for attachment; there is an existing hole in frame to use for this purpose. 12.) Place one supplied 2.5? clamp over inlet of tailpipe section “H” and install pipe onto outlet of tailpipe section “D”. 13.) Install one supplied urethane hanger onto the hanger rods welded to the fabricated bracket and tailpipe section “H”. 14.) Place one supplied 2.5? clamp over inlet of tailpipe section “F” and install pipe onto remaining muffler outlet. 15.) Place one supplied 2.5? clamp over inlet of tailpipe section “G” and install pipe onto outlet of tailpipe section “F”. Insert hanger rod on pipe into stock rubber hanger next to spare tire. 16.) Referring to photo no.2 below, remove one stock bumper attachment bolt from each frame rail and replace with supplied 14mm bolts; the bolts closest to the front of the vehicle are the ones which need to be replaced. 17.) Install the supplied left and right tip hangers to the inside of the frame rails and onto the supplied bolts as shown in photo no. 2.; the slots in the brackets will index over the rear-most factory bolts when properly installed. Install the supplied 14mm nuts onto the supplied bolts to retain in place. 18.) Place two remaining 2.5? clamps over tip inlets and install tips onto outlets of tailpipes. 19.) Install remaining urethane hangers between hanger rods on tips and tip brackets attached to frame. Hanger rods on tips will point to the center of vehicle when correctly installed. 20.) Align all components for proper fit and clearance and tighten all clamps.
