In addition to the content of this service kit, four other gaskets not included in this service kit will also be needed to complete the repair, a Control Valve Body Cover (Side Cover) Gasket (54), a Control Valve Body Cover (Side Cover) Inner Gasket (59), a Case Cover Lower Gasket (429), and a Case Cover Upper Gasket (430). These gaskets can be obtained by ordering service kit P/Ns 24206959 and 24206391. Be sure to use ONLY the Second Clutch Assembly and Second Clutch Housing Fluid Seal Rings provided in this service kit. DISCARD the Second Clutch Assembly and Second Clutch Housing Fluid Seal Rings removed from the transmission being serviced. Disassemble ONLY the Oil Pump Assembly from the Case Cover (Complete). DO NOT disassemble the Control Valve Body from the Case Cover. Remove ONLY the Case Cover-to- Case bolts to remove the Case Cover and Valve Body from Transmission Case AS AN ASSEMBLY . To access all Case Cover-to-Case bolts, it is necessary to remove the Pressure Control Solenoid Valve Assembly (322), and 1-2 & 3-4 Shift Solenoid Valve Assemblies (315A, 315B).

Go to Step 2. •If No-This TSB does NOT apply. Continue diagnosis to isolate cause of condition Repair Procedure (Continued) 2. Install the NEW driveshaft (propeller shaft) assembly. Installation instructions: 1. Raise vehicle. 2. Lubricate all factory hangers with penetrating oil or equivalent. 3. Remove factory rubber hanger from hanger rod near tip of tailpipe. 4. Remove bolts attaching flange on tailpipe to flange on muffler outlet pipe and then remove tailpipe from vehicle. 5. Remove bolts attaching muffler inlet pipe to factory Y-pipe. 6. Remove factory rubber hangers from rods on muffler inlet pipe and then remove muffler assembly from vehicle. 7. Attach supplied inlet pipe to factory Y-pipe with supplied 10mm bolts and washers. Insert hanger rods on inlet pipe into corresponding rubber frame hangers. 8. Place one supplied 2.5″clamp on inlet of muffler and then install muffler onto inlet pipe. 9. Attach flange on tailpipe “A” to flange on rear of muffler with supplied 3/8″ hardware. 10. Insert hanger rods on tailpipe “A” into corresponding factory rubber hangers. FORD: 2004-2007 F-Super Duty ISSUE SERVICE PROCEDURE Some 2004-2007 F-Super Duty vehicles, equipped with a power sliding rear window (back glass), may 1. Prior to window removal, verify that center exhibit a stuck or binding concern. 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser 4.0L Parts List: Qty. A. Intermediate pipe 1 B. JBA Muffler 1 C. Turn up pipe 1 D. Tail pipe hanger w/ tip 1 E. 2-1/2″ Clamp 2 F. Muffler hanger clamp 1 Recommended Tools: 14mm socket Channel lock pliers Pry bar WD40 or equivalent A B C D E E F Start: 1. Remove and inventory new JBA exhaust system. 2. Disconnect negative battery cable and allow vehicle to cool. 3. With the vehicle raised and properly supported, spray WD40 or equivalent on the factory exhaust clamps and rubber isolators. 4. Unbolt the factory tail pipe above the rear axle. 5. Using channel lock pliers remove the tailpipe hanger from the rear rubber isolator and remove the tailpipe from the rear. 5. Using channel lock pliers pry the intermediate pipe hangers from the factory rubber isolators. 7. Using channel lock pliers remove the rear muffler hangers from the (2) rubber isolators and remove the intermediate pipe / muffler assembly from the vehicle. 8. Insert the JBA intermediate pipe (A) hangers into the (2) rubber isolators then bolt the intermediate pipe to the factory catalytic converter assembly using the factory hardware. 10. Install the muffler clamp with hangers (F) into the rear (2) muffler hanger rubber isolators with the hangers shifting pipe to driver side. 11. Insert the center inlet of the JBA muffler (B) onto the intermediate pipe (A) with the offset outlet closer to the center of the vehicle. Make sure to fully slide the two together and that the muffler is level and flat and tighten clamp (E) over the connection. 9. Slide one of the supplied 2-1/2″ exhaust clamps (E) over the end of the JBA intermediate pipe (A). 12. Slip the rear offset end of the JBA muffler (B) into the muffler clamp with hangers (F). The offset end of the muffler should be toward the center of the vehicle. 13. Slip the turn up pipe (C) onto the JBA muffler (B). Position muffler clamp with hangers (F) over connection and tighten. 14. Slide the supplied 2-1/2″ exhaust clamp (E) on to the turn up pipe (C).

Suggestions: 3.1.1. Inspect each brake and supplied items against the packing list included in the shipment. 3.1.2. Ensure all items are included as described. 3.1.3. Ensure all components remain in their original packaging until required for assembly. 3.1.4. Ensure vehicle stub shafts are clean, free from rust, dirt, corrosion or any foreign material. 3.1.5. Thoroughly read the Service Manual. Familiarize yourself with the tools required and prepare them for use; familiarise yourself with the parts of the brake and the process required for fitting each brake and control system. 3.1.6. Ensure complete cleanliness of all brake components and the working environment around the vehicle. 3.1.7. Ensure no contamination of the brake assemblies occurs during installation. 3.1.8. Follow the points in the manual as described; if you are not sure – check the Manual. 3.1.9. Place each brake close to the vehicle adjacent to the axle where the brake is to be fitted, ensuring that they cannot by contaminated by any foreign material.

1. Prepare for Installation. (a) Verify kit contents (b) Wear safety glasses. (c) Raise vehicle. (d) Caution muffler might be hot NOTE: Apply masking tape to quarter panels above the bumper fascia. To prevent damage when removing the bumper fascia, apply masking tape on the underside of the bottom left- hand corner of the door and left hand upper corner of door. (Fig. 1-1) 2. Prepare Vehicle for Rear Bumper Fascia Removal. (a) Open rear door (Fig. 2-1). (b) Protect exhaust tip with a rag or protective tape during installation of hitch. (Fig. 2-1) NOTE: If the vehicle is equipped with proximity sensors, detach the sensor wire connector from inside the fascia, behind the rear wheels on both sides of the vehicle (Fig. 2-2).
